Bobcats Close Regular Season with Offensive Showcase
An explosive start set the tone as the Bryant & Stratton (VA) College Bobcats jumped out quickly against Johnston Community College. The offense clicked from the opening minutes, producing a 65-point first half behind efficient shooting and strong ball movement to take a commanding lead into halftime.
The Bobcats maintained the tempo in the second half, continuing to move the ball effectively and convert scoring opportunities in transition. Defensive pressure forced turnovers while rebounding dominance limited second-chance opportunities, allowing Bryant & Stratton to extend the margin throughout the final twenty minutes.
Four players scored in double figures, led by Kylan Clark and Travis Hamilton with 20 points each. Jalen Milt added 19 points, while Mikel Chappell finished with 16. Hamilton recorded a triple-double with 20 points, 13 rebounds, and 13 assists, while Caleb Jackson controlled the glass with 17 rebounds. The 114–50 victory closes the regular season on a strong note for the Bobcats, securing the program the No. 2 seed heading into the upcoming conference tournament.
