High-Scoring First Half Pushes Bobcats Into Semifinals

The Bryant & Stratton (VA) College Bobcats wasted little time setting the pace in their quarterfinal matchup against Louisburg College. A strong offensive start helped the Bobcats build momentum early, pouring in 53 first-half points behind efficient shooting and aggressive play in transition to take a 53–32 lead into the break.

Louisburg responded in the second half with an improved offensive stretch, but the Bobcats continued to find answers on the other end. Timely scoring runs and consistent trips to the free-throw line helped maintain control as Bryant & Stratton kept the game comfortably in hand down the stretch.

Jalen Milt delivered a dominant performance with 34 points and 13 rebounds, converting 12 of 13 attempts at the free-throw line. Kylan Clark added 20 points while Travis Hamilton chipped in 15 points and six assists. The 100–82 victory moved the Bobcats into the conference tournament semifinal round.

Milt's Career Night Sends Bobcats to Championship Game

Momentum carried into the semifinal round as the Bryant & Stratton (VA) College Bobcats faced Catawba Valley Community College. The Bobcats jumped out quickly in the opening half, using efficient shooting and defensive pressure to take a 56–47 lead into halftime.

Bryant & Stratton continued to control the tempo in the second half, turning defensive stops into transition opportunities while maintaining an efficient offensive rhythm. Strong rebounding and balanced scoring allowed the Bobcats to steadily extend their advantage and keep the contest out of reach late.

Jalen Milt delivered another outstanding performance with 42 points while knocking down six three-pointers. Azaiah Thompson added 12 points and Elijah Mendoza contributed nine rebounds. Travis Hamilton finished with 14 points and six assists as the Bobcats secured a 108–84 win to advance to the conference championship game.

Bobcats' Championship Run Ends in Hard-Fought Final

The Bryant & Stratton (VA) College Bobcats battled for the conference title against Davidson-Davie Community College in a competitive championship matchup. The hosts built momentum in the opening half, creating separation offensively and carrying a 47–30 lead into halftime.

Bryant & Stratton responded with a strong second-half effort, tightening defensively and finding offensive rhythm behind perimeter shooting. The Bobcats continued to chip away at the deficit and kept pressure on late, but Davidson-Davie was able to maintain its edge in the closing minutes to hold off the comeback attempt.

Jalen Milt led the Bobcats with 22 points, while Kylan Clark added 15 points and Johntez Raspberry knocked down four three-pointers on his way to 15 points. Despite the 86–79 result, Bryant & Stratton closes the conference tournament as runner-up following a strong postseason run that included victories in both the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds.
